I. Approved Budget:

The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Eighty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (₱88,500.00).

II. Scope of Work / Duties and Responsibilities

1. Planning and Coordination

o Coordinate with the Sports Committee for the approval of the program plan and tournament flow.
o Align all planning activities with the preferred date of December 17, 2025, subject to final confirmation.

2. Venue Reservation and Leasing

o Coordinate with SM Lanang Premier Bowling Center for the reservation and leasing of facilities corresponding to the preferred activity.
o Ensure that the reservation covers December 17, 2025, 1PM to 6PM.
o Facilitate documentation, approval, and lease agreements for the selected date.

3. Event Implementation and Management

o Supervise the conduct of sport activity
o Ensure fair play, safety, and adherence to game rules

4. Documentation

o Provide documentation of the tournament
