Invitation to Bid for the Procurement of Spare Parts, UPS and Operator Control Panel for Baggage X-Ray Machines

1. The Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), through the Approved Budget for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT PESOS AND TWENTY FOUR CENTAVOS (₱2,884,198.24), VAT Inclusive, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Spare Parts, UPS and Operator Control Panel for Baggage X-Ray Machines (PICC APP2025-MC-42). The Procurement of Supplies consists of the following lots, with the corresponding sub-ABC:
