INVITATION TO BID

1. The Municipal Government of Laak, Davao de Oro through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Twenty Thousand Four Hundred Seventeen Pesos (₱420,417.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Spare Parts for the Repair and Maintenance of Municipal Motor Grader (Model: GD511A-1) under PB-GOODS-PR No. 25-809. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Laak, Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within forty-five (45 days) from the received of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
