INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF SOUND SYSTEM RENTAL {BAND SET, LED WALL SCREEN, LIGHT AND SOUND SYSTEM (OUTDOOR)} FOR KARIYAWAN FESTIVAL AND FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION
1) The Municipality of Monkayo, Davao de Oro through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million, Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 2,900,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF SOUND SYSTEM RENTAL {BAND SET, LED WALL SCREEN, LIGHT AND SOUND SYSTEM (OUTDOOR)} FOR KARIYAWAN FESTIVAL AND FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION / PB-2025-167. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
