Description : 1. The MUNICIPAL LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF KIANGAN, IFUGAO through its CAPITAL OUTLAY 2024 intends to apply the amount of ₱ 260,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract “PROCUREMENT OF TOURISM VARIOUS OFFICE EQUIPMENT” Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPAL LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF KIANGAN, IFUGAO now invites bids for the said project. Completion of the Works is required within fifteen (15) calendar days.

3. Request for Quotation may be acquired at the BAC Office from December 4, 2025 until December 11, 2025
during the hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
4. The following technical documents as well as the Financial Proposal Form shall be submitted on or before
December 11,2025 at 2:00 P.M. at the BAC office, second floor, Municipal Hall, Kiangan, Ifugao:

a.) Project Requirements which shall include the following:
