Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Solid Waste Truck-1 Unit Garbage Compactor for Hamtic, Antique

1. The Local Government of Hamtic, Antique, intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 10,950,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB No.2025-011, “Procurement of Solid Waste Truck-1 Unit Garbage Compactor”, for Hamtic, Antique. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2 The Local Government of Hamtic, Antique, through its BAC, now invites potential Bidders for bidding for the “Procurement of Solid Waste Truck-1 Unit Garbage Compactor”, for Hamtic, Antique. Bidders should have a similar contract within the last 2 years with the value at least 50% of the ABC, other eligibility will be evaluated on a “pass/fail” basis. Delivery of goods is required within 2 months from the date of receipt of Notice To Proceed.
