Advertisement No. 2025-094

1. The Municipality of Malabuyoc, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos only (PhP 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Procurement of Solid Waste Hauling and Disposal Services with Advertisement Number 2025-094. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Malabuyoc now invites bids for the Procurement of Solid Waste Hauling and Disposal Services. Delivery of the Goods is required after Receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
