1) The City Government of Caloocan, through the General Fund of the 2026 Annual Executive Budget approved under the Sangguniang Panlungsod Ordinance No. 1168 s. 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty One Million Five Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Eleven Pesos & 12/100 (₱241,577,811.12) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement Of Solid Waste, Debris And Hazardous Waste Hauling And Disposal Services For District Iii (North) For Calendar Year 2026 (Subject To Framework Agreement). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
