1) The City Government of Caloocan, through the General Fund of the 2026 Annual Executive Budget approved under the Sangguniang Panlungsod Ordinance No. 1168 s. 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety Seven Million Five Hundred Twelve Thousand Four Hundred Seven Pesos & 80/100 (₱297,512,407.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement Of Solid Waste, Debris And Hazardous Waste Hauling And Disposal Services For District Ii (South) For Calendar Year 2026 (Subject To Framework Agreement). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
