The Municipality of Sta.Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the General Fund of the Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy One Peso(S) And Forty Nine Cent(S) (Php 199,971.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Sodium Hypochlorite (FOR WATERWORKS OPERATION USE.) /26-0411.
Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC of each lot/entire project and/or the cost per item, shall not be accepted.
