Description : 1. The DSWD Field Office IV-A (CALABARZON), through the Centrally Managed
Funds - Continuing Fund intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINETYNINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE PESOS AND 10/100
(₱2,099,999.10) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for the procurement of SOCIAL WELFARE AND
DEVELOPMENT INDICATORS (SWDI) FORMS with Project Reference No.
2025-008. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
2. The DSWD Field Office IV-A (CALABARZON) now invites bids for the above
Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required based on the Delivery
Schedule and/or 10 calendar days after receipt of the final copy. Bidders should
have completed, within TWO (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of
bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained
in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
