1. The Philippine Army, through the Certificate of Funding Chargeability dated 21 November 2024 signed by MAJOR JUN CRIS S ROMERO (INF) PA, AC of S for Financial, G10, LRR, PA concurred by MAJOR JAMES B TALOSIG (OS) PA, AC of S for Logistics, G4, LRR, PA under Advice of Sub-Allotment (ASA) with Advice No.: 3300-2024-0617, 3300-2024-0618, 3300-2024-0619 dated 06 November 2024 intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION THREE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (PHP7,360,950.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Sniper Scopes with Mount for LRR, PA, Fort Magsaysay, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija with Bid Reference No. 7SBAC LRR 01-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The 7th Special Bids and Awards Committee, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
