Hosted short message service platform or is a hosted, Communication Platform as a Service ( CPaaS ) providing a reliable solution for multi channel enterprise mobile messaging.
Short Messaging (SMS) Blasting Platform must be Web - Based Portal User Interface (UI)
Software to be provided must be capable of the following:
a. Capable of Multifactor authentication or One Time Pin (OTP)
b. Web-based software that can have multiple administrators
c. Enable recipients to reply to your messages
d. Capable of Name Masking to have an Output message reflects “NWPC” as sender.
e. Flat SMS rate for all Cellular Provider in the Philippines within the alloted monthky service fee allocation.
f. Accept customization of recipients
g. Can bulk send more than 1 million messages.
h. Personalize message like mail merge function
i. Must have the ability to Export reports to Excel or other file formats (CSV).
j. View summary reports of all SMS transactions (# of messages sent per month; # of failed messages;
cellphone numbers with failed messages).
