messages for the duration of Eight (8) Months
2. Digital SMS Blast service that will help DA
RFO IV-A to facilitate the bulk and automated
sending of price data through SMS
3. The service shall be automated and can send
messages real time or by schedule
4. Must be able to provide an Application
Programming Interface (API ) integration or
Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) account
5. Web management user interface for
monitoring and reporting purposes.
