Description : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
SMART TV sets to be used as part of instructional materials in delivering lessons within the school campus.

Procurement will be conducted through NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT, an alternative method of procurement specified and prescribed under Rule XVI - Alternative Modes of Procurement, Section 53.9 - Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184 - otherwise known as Government Procurement Reform Act.

Supplier/Agency shall submit quotations on or before June 10, 2025, 1:30 PM to the BAC Secretariat at Deogracias P. Princesa Memorial High School , Purok 3, Ranao-Ranao, Ligao City.

QUOTATIONS SUBMITTED THROUGH ELECTRONIC MAIL OR HARD COPY SHALL INCLUDE PROOF OF TRANSMITTAL OF THE ORIGINAL SIGNED COPY, INCLUDING THE MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS, TO THE BAC SECRETARIAT WITIHN THE SAME CUT-OFF DATE AND TIME.
