1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) through the 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Pesos: Two Million Four Hundred Thousand (2,400,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF SIX (6) UNITS ULTRAFILTRATION SYSTEM FOR WATER REFILLING STATIONS UNDER THE WATER DISTRICTS PROJECT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES (DENR) under Bid Ref. No. DENR-CO-2025-008. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
