Description : Terms of Reference of Security Services (SHS MOOE)

1. The Service Provider shall provide One (1) Security Guard charged from SHS MOOE:
a. who has not been previously dismissed from his previous employment due to negligence, abuse nor charged of any violence and other related cases.
b. With good moral character and without criminal or police records;
c. physically and mentally fit, and;
d. fully vaccinated

2. Provision of Security Services at Balubal National High School for ten (11) months starting March 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 with monthly payment of Php 15,000.00, rendering one of the shifts:

Day Shift 7:00 AM - 12:00 NN; 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM Monday to Saturday;
Night Shift 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM Sunday to Friday

One week shifting with the other Security Guard from JHS MOOE paid
Six (6) days, 9 hours a day (Monday to Sunday regardless of holidays)
