The Philippine Army, through the Certificate of Funding Chargeability dated 31 March 2025 signed by LIEUTENANT COLONEL ROMANO F LAAB JR (ARM) PA, Assistant Chief of Staff for Financial Management, G10, AvnR (P), PA concurred by COLONEL RICHARD T SERVITO ARM (GSC) PA, Regiment Commander, AvnR, PA under Advice of Sub- (ASA) with Advice No,: 3400-2025-0018 dated 21 January 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Nine and 47/100 Pesos Only (PhP2,526,629.47) being the ABC to payments under the contract Procurement of Shoulder Harness for Fixed-Wing Aircraft with Bid Reference No. 7SBAC-AVNR-002-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
