INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF SERVICES FOR THE STAGE DESIGN AND PROPS DURING THE CONDUCT OF MUTYA HAN SAMAR 2025

1. The Municipal Government of Sta. Margarita, Samar through the 2025 Supplemental Budget #1 of the Municipal Mayor-s Office intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php500,000.00) under the contract for the Procurement of Services for the Stage Design and Props during the conduct of Mutya Han Samar 2025/SM2025-200-032. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Sta. Margarita, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 3 days the Delivery Schedule after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
