Description : I. Overview and Background
The Davao Food & Wine Festival is a celebration of the rich culinary heritage and vibrant
food culture of the Davao Region. Launched in 2024, the festival showcases Davao-s
distinctive gastronomic identity through a series of events that highlight local produce and
ingredients, foster cross-cultural culinary exchanges among chefs, and engage sommeliers
and beverage experts from across the country.
For 2025, the Davao Food & Wine Festival will once again take center stage as a fourteen-
day celebration held across partner hotels, restaurants, resorts, and food establishments
throughout the Davao Region with the theme “Local Flavors, Global Tables”.
II. Objectives:
 To highlight Mindanao-s produce and showcase the region-s unique flavors and
agricultural history
 To foster chef collaborations and create opportunities for innovation through culinary
partnerships and exchanges
 To strengthen culinary profile and position Davao as a premier destination for food
and wine experiences
