NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF
SERVICES FOR THE REPAIR OF SCHOOL BUILDING

1.) The Samar National School, of the Department of Education, Division of Catbalogan City, intends to procure / contract services for the repair of earthquake damages to the 12 classroom DepEd Standard Building of Samar National School.

2.) Citing the above mentioned purpose, the Samar National School, of the Department of Education, Division of Catbalogan City intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Eight Pesos and one centavos ( Php 599,668.01) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).

3.)
