Description : Scope of Work / Deliverables
The PCO shall provide full professional services including, but not limited to, the following:
A. Venue Setup
1. Design, layout, and installation of stage, backdrops, and conference branding.
2. Arrangement of seating, tables, podiums, and VIP protocol setup.
3. Provision and setup of audio-visual equipment (1 main LED wall 10x30ft., 2 side LED walls 9x12ft., 1 projector, 3 wireless microphones, lights, mixers).
4. Installation of signages, registration counters, directional markers, and event décor.
5. Coordination with venue management to ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements.
B. Documentation
1. Full photo, including group photos, and video coverage for the whole duration of the conference on 29 January 2026.
2. Provision of a 3-5 minute event highlight video.
3. Submission of raw and edited photos and videos in digital format.
C. Entertainment
