The National Food Authority Cagayan Valley Region (NFA CVR), through its FY 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of pesos: Seventy-Five Million Eight Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand only (P75,852,000.00) being the total ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Services for Palay Milling and Delivery of Milled Rice Recoveries to NFA Warehouses of Cagayan Valley Region with Project Reference No. NFA CVR-BAC-2025-A-05. Bids received for the Percentage Milled Rice Recovery lower than the required milling recovery of 63% (must be up to two (2) decimal places only) for Well Milled Rice Output, or with delivery fee above the maximum delivery fee per bag shall automatically be rejected at bid opening
