Description : Invitation to Bid for Procurement of the Services of Outsourced Personnel of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), Office of Consular Affairs-Aseana and Consular Offices for the period of 01 June to 31 December 2025

1. The Department of Foreign Affairs, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Five Million Seven Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Three Pesos and 85/100 (PhP 35,746, 663.85) only being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of the Services of Outsourced Personnel of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), Office of Consular Affairs-Aseana and Consular Offices for the period of 01 June to 31 December 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
