1. The National Food Authority Region 1 (NFA Region 1), through its FY 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of PESOS: Forty-Three Million Four Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Three Hundred and 00/100 (P43,476,300.00) being the total ABC to payments under the contracts for the Procurement of Services for the Milling of Palay and Delivery of Milled Rice Recoveries to NFA-Region 1 for the CY 2025 (Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Biddings) with Project Reference No. NFA-2025-RBAC-REG1-005.
Bids received for the milled rice recovery percentage which are lower than the required milling recovery of 63% for well-milled rice output, or with delivery fee above the maximum delivery fee per bag shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
