Description : The Municipality of President Roxas (MPR), through the 2025 MDRRMF, intends to apply the sum of Ninety-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Seven Pesos (Php 98,407.00.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Services (Materials and Labor) for the Repair and Maintenance of Rescue Ambulance (Medic 1).

Please quote all items in order for your quotation to be considered in our evaluation and return the same within three (3) working days from the receipt of this RFQ to the BAC Office, this Municipality.

In case your price quotation is the lowest quotation received, we shall immediately inform you the same and you are required to deliver the goods within thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of the Purchase Order/Notice of Award.
