PROCUREMENT OF SERVICES OF AN INSTITUTION/CENTER TO PROVIDE ONLINE PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT

1. The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, through the CY 2024 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (₱2,803,750.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract on the bidding for the Procurement of Services of an Institution/Center to Provide Online Psychological Assessment under Invitation to Bid No. SICOPA 2024-37-GSA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Opening of Bids.
2. The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Services is required within thirty (30) working days upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years (02 December 2019 - 01 December 2024) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
