Monthly Professional Fee:
*P 19,000.00 w/o benefits and allowance due to a regular employee

a) Render medical/consultation services for employees and students
thru physical face to face meeting during agreed clinic schedule when necessary;
b.) Provide diagnosis of physical illness, disorder/injuries of employees and students
c.) Issuance of Medical Certificate to student clienteles per request basis;
d.) Facilitate transport and coordination of patients to hospital in case of emergency;
