1. The City Government of Tacloban, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos and 00/100 (Php13,500,000.00) being the total ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Services: Garbage Collection, Transport and Disposal (Area 1)/ REF #002EP-01-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Tacloban now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Services is required by within One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days from February 01, 2026 to June 30, 2026 in conformity with the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).
