1. The City Government of Tacloban, through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Six Pesos (Php29,999,996.00) being the total ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Services: Garbage Collection, Transport and Disposal/ REF #002EP(1)-01-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Tacloban now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Services is required by within One Hundred Eighty-One (181) Calendar Days from January 01, 2025 to June 30, 2025 in conformity with the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).
