DURATION: May 13-July 31, 2025

PURPOSE/ OBJECTIVE: To conduct initial assessment on all nominees based on the Search for 2025 Dangal ng PhilRice guidelines and criteria provided by PhilRice
The following are the award categories:
A. For Regular Employees

B. For Service Contractors

SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Assess (review, validate, and evaluate) all nominees (40-100), from CES and all 7 Branch Stations (Isabela, Batac, Los Banos including Mindoro, Bicol including Samar, Negros, Agusan including CMU, Midsayap including Zamboanga). Assessment shall be done through document review, interview of the nominees, supervisors and peers. Assessment can be done both face-to-face or online; Request nominees for additional proof of performance, whenever deemed necessary (e.g. videos of actual performance, etc.);
2. Conduct peer evaluation of all nominees using the prescribed form provided for by PhilRice;
