Description : The Department of Tourism, Region 02, through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to contract the Services of an EXHITION AND EVENTS MANAGEMENT to Handle the Booth Design, Set-up, Maintenance and Dismantling of the DOT Region 2 Booth and to arrange and provide the Rooms for Accommodation, for the participation to the 18th Padday na Lima Regional Trade Fair 2024 on September 10-16, 2024 at Upper Ground Floor, Carousel Court, Festival Mall, alabang Muntinlupa City.

Suppliers of known qualifications are invited to submit their quotation/proposal, duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than 3:00:00 PM, August 19, 2024 subject to the Scope of Work and Deliverables provided in the Terms of Reference.
