Description : The Department of Tourism, Region 02, through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to contract the Services of an EXHIBITION AND EVENTS MANAGEMENT to Handle the Booth Design, Set-up, Maintenance and Dismantling of the DOT Region 2 Booth and to arrange and provide the Rooms for Accommodation, for the participation to the 35th Philippine Travel Mart on September 6-8, 2024 at SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.

Suppliers of known qualifications are invited to submit their quotation/proposal, duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than 3:00:00 PM, August 5, 2024 subject to the Terms and Conditions provided in the Terms of Reference.

Prospective Suppliers who will submit a proposal with the lowest calculated responsive offer shall be selected. A copy of your Mayor-s Permit/Business Permit is also required to be submitted along with your
quotation/proposal.
