Description : The Department of Tourism, Region 02, through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to contract the Services of an EXHITION AND EVENTS MANAGEMENT to Handle the Booth Design, Set-up, Maintenance and Dismantling of the DOT Region 2 Booth, Rountrip Airline Tickets, Rooms for Accommodation re participation to the 2026 Mindanao Tourism Expo (MTEX) on April 17-20, 2026 at SM City General Santos City.
Suppliers of known qualifications are invited to submit their quotation/proposal, duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than 4:00:00 PM, March 27, 2026 subject to the Terms and Conditions provided in the Terms of Reference.
