Description : The Department of Tourism, Region 02, through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to contract the Services of an EXHITION AND EVENTS MANAGEMENT COMPANY to Handle the Booth Design, Installation, and Dismantling of the DOT Region 2 Booth and to arrange and provide the Rooms for Accommodation and Airline Tickets re participation to the 2025 Central Philippines Tourism Expo (CPTEX) on June 18-23, 2025 in Tacloban City.

Suppliers of known qualifications are invited to submit their quotation/proposal, duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than 11:00:00 AM, May 09, 2025 subject to the Terms and Conditions provided in the Terms of Reference.
