I. Background
As part of the Philippines- hosting of ASEAN tourism-related activities in January 2026, the Department of Tourism (DOT) will host two dinner receptions to be held on 26-27 January 2026 in Cebu, Philippines. These receptions aim to promote fellowship among ASEAN delegates and showcase Philippine culture, hospitality, entertainment, and cuisine.
To ensure the smooth, high-quality, and culturally appropriate execution of both events, the DOT seeks to engage a competent Events Management Company (EMC) to provide full-scale event production, coordination, and execution services.
II. Objectives
