SCOPE OF WORK

Assessment Phase:

All Service Providers are required to conduct an ocular inspection prior to the bid submission date. This inspection is necessary for proper document categorization. The NCIP shall issue a Certificate of Ocular Inspection, which must be attached to the bid documents.

The ocular inspection will be held on July 18, 2025, 1:00 PM at 7th floor Sunnymede IT Center, Quezon Avenue, South Triangle, Quezon City.

Digitization Planning:

The service provider shall be responsible for carrying out the deliverables.
