1. The Department of Education (DepEd), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) under 2024 BEC Continuing Funds intends to apply the sum of Philippine Pesos Thirteen Million, Eight Hundred Thousand and 00/100 only (PhP13,800,000.00), being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contracts for Procurement of Services for the Development of Video Lessons for DepEd Teaches in Reading, Science, and Mathematics Literacies for Key Stages 1 to 3 (Grades 2, 5, and 8)
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
