1. PROJECT OVERVIEW
1.1. The Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) seeks to develop a mobile application for its e-commerce platform, CoopBiz.ph, to improve user experience and expand its reach. The mobile app will be developed using Hybrid App Development or Cross-Platform Frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or Ionic. The objective is to provide users with a seamless, responsive, and engaging platform that can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store while maintaining a single, integrated backend database for both the web and mobile versions of the platform.
2. OBJECTIVES
