FIELD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

1. Provide a system alignment to MLWD Customer Service Management System, Work Management System and Field and Tracking Management System to be used for downloading of various field services of Maintenance and Production Division and uploading the accomplished field services.

2. Supply, install, and configure the Field Management System in accordance with approved specifications

3. Provide user training, technical documentation, and system manuals.

4. Ensure system integration with existing platforms

5. Deliver maintenance, updates, and technical support as agreed.

6. Real-time field personnel tracking and activity logging.

7. Task assignment and scheduling management.

8. Performance monitoring and automated reporting.

9. Secure data storage and backup functionality.
