Description : The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM) is procuring the services of qualified service providers to undertake the Sampling and Testing of Transformer Oil to determine the presence of Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) from Four (4) Units of Transformers located in Nuclear Power Village, Bagac, Bataan and Eleven (11) Units of Transformers located in Malaya Thermal Power Plant Complex in Pililla, Rizal with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount of TWO HUNDRED FOURTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (PHP214,000.00), inclusive of VAT.

In this regard, may we invite your company to submit a proposal for this project based on the requirements set in the Technical Specifications (Annex A) and the Detailed Bid Price Schedule (Annex B).

Your proposal shall include copies of the following documents:

1 Certification of PhilGEPS Registration or PhilGEPS Registration Number
