Experiences and requirements:
The following qualifications must be met by the statistics
service provider or data analyst:

1. Preferably with or currently earning a masters degree in Statistics;
2. Has atleast 5years experience in managing, processing, and analyzing large data sets;
3. Familiar with the structure of the rice industry;
4. With atleast 1year knowledge and experience in value chain analysis;
5. Has access to statistical tools/software for data analysis;
6. Has a laptop or desktop suitable for handling big data;
7. Willing to facilitate online meetings & administrative matters;
8. Willing to report at PhilRice at his/her own expense, if necessary;
