Description : TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

I. PROJECT TITLE

Procurement of Services for the CY 2025 Drug Screening Test (DST) for the GSIS Butuan Branch Office Employees.

II. APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT

The Approved Budget of the Contract is Twenty-Five Thousand pesos (Php 25,000.00) and is included in the CY 2025 Corporate Budget.

III. BRIEF DISCUSSION WHY THE GOODS AND SERVICES TO BE PRO-CURED ARE NECESSARY

In compliance of the GSIS with the provisions under Republic Act 9165, the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 and existing Civil Service rul-ing on the Drug Free Workplace, the Corporate Governance Committee is-sued a directive to strengthen the role of the Medical and Wellness Services Department and to further ensure a drug free workplace.

This directive was approved by the members of the GSIS Board of Trustees under Board Resolution No. 58 approving PPG No. 336-19 “Revised Drug Free Work Place Program.
