  Risk Management and Project Management trainings aim to equip the participants with the necessary skills to assess and address potential challenges within the agency. Develop competence in strategic planning and execution of Projects, Activities and Programs (PAPs) and identifying and managing risks.
  2. SCOPE
  Risk Management and Project Management trainings to strengthen capacity of OTS personnel on structured planning while identifying and mitigating risks and learn to execute PAPs without or minimal risks to achieve the long term goals of the agency.
  3. APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT
  One Hundred Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (P100,800.00), inclusive of all applicable government taxes, fees, and charges, to complete the project, sourced from the OTS Approved APB for CY2025.
