1 The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), through the PAGCOR-s Corporate Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Eight Hundred Ninety Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Five Pesos (PhP8,890,625.00), VAT Exclusive, Zero-Rated Transaction, until December 30, 2025, or upon exhaustion of the contract price, whichever comes first, being the total ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Services for Catering for Learning and Development Sessions/Conferences/Meetings/Special Events.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
