TERMS OF REFERENCE

-The agency will boost selected Facebook posts provided by PhilRice to achieve 111,000 reach and 50,000 engagements in two months.
-The agency will manage the entire boosting process, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
2. Content Development:
-With approval from the project implementers, develop two interactive contents that will help achieve engagement target
3. Target Audience:
-Primary audience: Filipino rice farmers, agricultural stakeholders, health-conscious consumers
-Geographic focus: Nationwide, with an emphasis on rural areas where rice farming is prominent and on urban areas where health-conscious consumers are seeking healthy food alternatives
-Demographics: 25-65 years old, male, female
