Procurement of Services for the Conduct of Capacity Building Activities (Training/Seminar/Consultancy) for the Maintenance and Continual Improvement of Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) Implemented Quality Management System (QMS)

I. Rationale

In compliance with Executive Order (EO) No. 605, series of 2007 in directing government agencies to institutionalize the structure and standards to implement the Government Quality Management Program (GQMP), the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) adopts the Quality Management System (QMS) standards certifiable to ISO 9001:2015 as SRA-s commitment to continually enhance its public sector performance and ensure client satisfaction in the delivery of its services.

Relevant to the continuing certification of the SRA-QMS, SRA is committed to the maintenance and continual improvement of its QMS to ensure that the people involved in its operations are equipped with the updated tools and techniques that will strengthen the organization-s capacity to implement and maintain an efficient and effective QMS.
