Procurement of Service Vehicle
(Rebidding)

L The Commission on Audit (COA), through the COA General Fund intends to apply the
sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Five Hundred SeventySeven Pesos (P3,752,577.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the
Procurement of Service Vehicle. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. COA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required
within the calendar days stated in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) upon Supplier's
receipt of the Notice to Proceed, Bidders should have .completed, within three (3) years
(January 2023 to January 2026) prior to the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids,
a contract similar to the Project. For this purpose, similar contracts shall refer to the Supply
and Delivery (preferably within Metro Manila) of Passenger Van, Brand New, 10-Seater,
Air-conditioned, 2 sliding doors, Diesel, A/T. The description of an eligible bidder is
