Description : The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), through the 2025 Corporate Operating
Budget1 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Five Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos
(PhP6,580,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
the contract for Procurement of Service of a Research I Consultancy Firm or Academic
Institution to Conduct a Survey for Marketing and Responsible Gaming Data. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial
proposals.
2. The PCSO now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the above
procurement project. The findings of this proposed project will form the foundation for
developing an enhanced sales and marketing strategies as well as initiatives that promote
responsible gaming aligned with PCSO's mandate, mission, vision, and core values2
