I. PROJECT NAME

ASSESSMENT OF CANDIDATES TO BE DESIGNATED AS PUBLIC KEY INFRASTRUCTURE (PKI) REGISTRATION AUTHORITY (RA) OFFICERS AND ASSISTANTS IN DICT REGION 3 OFFICE.

II. BACKGROUND

General Overview of the Procurement Project

The Philippine National Public Key Infrastructure (PNPKI) is one of the core services being offered by the DICT that allows users of public networks like the Internet to exchange private data securely. The PNPKI team provides support to Registration Authority (RA) operations including the acceptance, review, and approval of PNPKI digital certificate applications; handling issues/concerns thru email; and assist in the implementation of PNPKI training and other capacity building activities in the Region.

Candidates to be designated as RA Officer in the DICT Region 3 Regional and Provincial Offices will undergo assessment and examinations to ensure they are suitable to perform the RA duties within the region.
